JENNIFER FELIPE
Jennifer Felipe is a student at art and design high school studying illustration in her Senior year. From a young age, she has always had a passion for creating art and experimenting with different techniques and mediums. During her time at art and design, she has earned many gold and silver honor roll awards that demonstrate her hard work and dedication to her academics. She is always looking for opportunities that will help her grow and challenge her by applying to programs/contests and taking Ap classes. Jennifer is a part of the national honor society at art and design that connects her more to the community and hopes to be able to give more and help students with an interest in art to continue pursuing their dreams and goals.
VLYMARIE PENA
Vlymarie Pena is a rising senior at the High School of Art and Design, where she learned to be apart of a community. She is a part of NHS, the Women United Club, the girls varsity basketball team, the Caelo club, and majors in illustration. These opportunities have helped her to build connections and work with others. She wants to be able to create a space where everyone is welcome to work together. While, also connecting through expressing one’s love for the arts.
YOONA LEE
Yoona is a current student of the High school of Art and Design. She is a part of the CAELO organization (which was founded in her high school) and is an art educator there. In her free time, she likes to draw (usually digitally) and likes to play the keyboard. She focuses on drawing humans most of the time. She is very excited to be a part of the caelo organization because she wants to help spread how art is beneficial and how it can be very fun to other students.
DALIA HERNANDEZ
Dalia Hernandez is the name. Senior in high school with some art skills. Illustration is the major were focus on frozen moments in time drawn differently. Also have minds open on cooking classes. Still got my opportunity to do before college starts.
DANIEL GUERRERO
Daniel Guerrero is a Senior at the High school of Art and Design, where he majors in illustration. Art has always been a big part of Daniel’s life, it’s a way to express himself and it shows progress in his life. He has been interested in art for most of his life, he always drew as a child and started taking art more seriously in middle school. Art has taught him that every mistake is an opportunity for him to learn. Whenever he is not doing art, Daniel would spend his free time skateboarding, which has taught him perseverance and how to progress. Each time you fall you learn how to pick yourself right back up, he has learned that physically and mentally. Daniel is also photoshop certified.
