RENNELL HAMILTON

My name is Rennell Hamilton, I currently attend Art and Design High School. Ever since I was a child and able to draw I always felt attached to it, and as time passed I found doing art to be my passion. My life revolves around the art I do, I want to create a career out of doing it. During both 8th and 9th grade I had teachers ask me for permission to put my art into festivals/competitions, during those times were the times where I realized I wanted to do something more with my art. To spread the joy and importance of art in everyday life.

SOPHIE GANSHAMBALLI

Sophie Ganshamballi, and I’m a Senior at Art and Design Highschool. I’ve always been interested in arts since I was little,  I’ve always been curious about fashion, graphic design, animation/film, and much more. I am currently majoring in Animation, an honor student, and Photoshop certified. The only programs I’m in related to art are this organization and the school. And currently learning and practicing graphic design. I want to use my art and design to spread positivity and diversify more as I continue as a student and as a young designer in training.

MAKEDA FIRMIN

Makeda Firmin is a Senior at Art and Design Highschool who is always on the verge to inspire others with her passion for fashion! Even though her major is animation, she succeeds in WoWing the crowd with the beautiful blend of Animation and character design! In her early years, she would make comics that would occasionally create the illusion of movement depending on how fast or slow the reader is reading. Makeda joined animation instead of cartooning because she always desired to have her characters move dynamically. She is known for being a hard worker and never giving up when given a challenge! Makeda loves collaborating and helping others. She has always desired to help children discover their passion, and push them in the right direction! Although Makeda has a lot to learn, she is determined to work, learn, and grow with you every step of the way.

BLAKE BOUROUS

Blake Bourous is a Senior majoring in animation at the High School of Art and Design in NYC. He has always had a love for the arts ever since he was little, whether it be performing or visual. Blake is an honors student, is photoshop certified, and has had practice in both Adobe Animate and Adobe After Effects. He is very passionate about the things he does and puts in his all no matter what he’s doing.

SEAN ROMAN

Sean Roman is a Senior at the High School of Art and Design who has always been a fan of animation, and he wanted to explore and try it out for himself. In his youth, he started drawing with Crayola crayons and colored pencils. Until one day, he got an iPad Pro from his parents to upgrade his skills and make his art digitally. He's used this iPad for up to three years and has learned some artist skills to improve his style more. In August 2020, he made an Instagram account to publish and share his pieces (check him out @scroman21)!!!
